Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
Across the whole organization, with some departments getting targeted campaigns. We have seen a marked improvement in the decrease of clicks since inception, and have heard directly from users how they have become a lot more cautious with home emails as well.
- Ability to customize campaigns with specific information on types of phishing.
- Reporting on who clicks, replies, and what was replied.
- Ability to customize emails and information being sent out to match our company's needs.
- Differentiating between optional and mandatory content.
- Mod store access, as that is more of an if needed, versus trying to be able to locate training when the Mod Store is turned on.
- Increased security at the front lines.
- Increased number of help desk calls, as technicians are routinely asked "is this a phishing attempt."

It's been able to keep our users trained and up-to-date on the latest threats.
Mostly by groups, and the AD connection makes it super easy to not require a lot of configuration if you are already organized.
Phishprone percentage, as well as tracking clicks by each user.

With AD, there is little to no action required to make sure users are provisioned into training.
