Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use it for awareness training for cyber security, for all employees across all departments. It allows us to cover compliance towards our IT controls, as well as promote the right security messages.
- Good analytics.
- Good granularity on user training compliance.
- Good templates/catalogue of content.
- Getting simple "dashboard" reports takes a while and a bit of fiddling to get right.
- The branding/customization of the emails and notifications could be better.
- Improved cost - our previous provider was more expensive for a lesser product.
- We've improved our awareness and vulnerability scores over time.
- Proofpoint Security Awareness Training (formerly Wombat Security)
We selected purely on price. Wombat was ok for us, but KnowBe4 was significantly less [costly] and offers a much better product.

It's helped us keep engagement and commitment from our users, in order for them to complete their training. The training content has also sparked a conversation between our employees.
We linked our AD with the out-of-the-box integration that KnowBe4 offers. All users have been imported in and synced regularly.
