Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
Samaritas has licensed KnowBe4 for most email customers. We will not be using KnowBe4 for our passive email customers with little to no access to critical data. We hope to dramatically increase security awareness with our customer base and validate through the phishing exercises and assessments.

Measurable assessment test results and ability to tailor training to the results. Our staff is absolutely more aware of phishing threats and reporting them move often when unsure. The satisfaction of the training is high as each module only take a short time to complete.
We have KnowBe4 integrated wiht our Active Directory and manage users throught an AD group.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training New Features
It has made the process of adding and removing our customers from the system easy as all we need to do is assign our customers to the KnowBe4 group. We do not get any complaints or tickets with customers trying to access the training as SSO is in place.
We have not had the oppurtunity to leverage this feature as we have completed our baseline, assessment, and begging our monty Phising test.
