Being able to automatically have employees who fail a Phishing Campaign added to follow-up training or new employees added to Orientation training frees up a considerable amount of time. Not to forget you can have them automatically removed from said groups when they complete the course. The time freed up from the AI process and the data provided within seconds makes the software worth it.

We haven't taken advantage of this and wasn't aware of it's availability. We did have a situation where a credit card phish actually used the last numbers of an actual credit card curently active, which turned out to be just a coincidence, but sent up many alarms. This led to a debate as to whether too much personalization was actually presenting phish emails that are not in line with the content of actual attacks and more like entrapment than training.

I have confidence the platform is sending our repeat clickers additional and focused training to ensure all our employees are ready. The fact that I can run different campaigns for different groups all at the same time was also a game changer for us. Executives need different training than most employees seeing their have a higher risk of being targeted. Content geared towards this specific group is great and doesn't make adults feel like they are listening to something childish.

The new AI-driven emails have really stepped up our training. We use them to simulate much more realistic phishing campaigns. I think our users had really gotten to where they could easily spot a phishing email, but not they have to try a lot harder. With the real threats getting better and better, the AI phishing has been a real help.

I would love to use the AI phishing tests displayed at KB4-CON 2023. We use AIDA now and that seems to really target the areas that need attention on users. Would love the ChatGPT testing, though.

We utilize the knowbe4 phishing tests and run random campaigns so not everyone gets the same emails nor does everyone get the same "difficulty" of test. We use this to determine if additional training or corrective actions are necessary to insure that we have as secure of an environment as possible.

Based on the phishing simulation failures, specific training can be assigned to the user who fell for the simulation and interacted incorrectly on the email. The training automatically gets assigned, which reinforces the importance of paying attention to all kinds of emails, and is related to the type of email simulation that was clicked.

I don't feel like the AI has made things more personalized as much as just automated different approaches. It is much quicker to implement and offers a wider variety versus manually doing that.

We have gotten some notifications on what could be enhanced in our instance in terms and training and they have all been pretty good recommendation. Obviously, there is always room for improvement, but so far the enhancements have been pretty spot on with providing a better training experience for some of our users who have failed multiple times.
