Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has been used to help us train our end users on the dangers of phishing. By doing this it helps to shore up security as end users are often times the first path of attack for people you are looking to hurt the company or steal info.
  • Easy to set up
  • Easy for users
  • A lot of diversity
  • Cost
  • Security
  • Awareness
I haven't tried the alternatives as KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is the gold standard. So far we have really noticed a change in people watching their emails more closely and finding and fighting potential phishing attempts before they actually infect they system. Overall I have had no complaints on KnoeBe4 training and testing.

Being able to grow as the threats grow is one of the best parts of KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training. I have our monthly testing automated to use the reported phishes of the weeks sent out randomly, so it's different not just per user, but per month too. Having that automation makes less work for me, but retains the security that is in place.
User management with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is as easy as it gets. You can mass upload to start and then simply add or subtract as needed. It auto creates the account and emails the end user with credentials. I also have a new hire group set up, so as soon as I enter a new user they have a high level training to go through. Once completed, they are removed from that group.
The reporting based on testing has been a great incite to bring to management meetings. It shows the trend throughout the lifetime (or customized time frame) and shows details on what was missed and what was not missed. There is also a monthly report that I have emailed to me that shows the weaknesses (if any) without the organization.
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has been a great asset to the company thus far. It is easy to use and to set up various trainings. My favorite part is the automations that I have built in (which are all available from KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training) so I really don't have to do anything from an admin side once they are set up to recurring.
