Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We've been using it for 2 years across all European company sites. We are regularly deploying security awareness campaigns with a lot of success and good customer satisfaction. Phishing tests are very well-conceived.
- Phishing templates are very well done.
- Phishing templates are translates in a lot of foreign languages.
- Training videos are very well done and multilanguage.
- The training effect could be improved by challenging users to recognize phishing elements in a sort of quiz and leveraging the gamification principle.
- The platform has a good ROI in the sense that also insurance brokers can recognize the tool as an essential element for security awareness and this can have a positive influence on insurance fees. Also, the security auditor appreciates the tool and because of this getting, the right compliance score is easier than without having the tool.

Users' security awareness has been hugely increased with no doubt.
We deploy regularly scheduled campaigns more than once per month and every now and then we deploy also custom campaigns. Clickers then will be traced and they will be assigned some training videos.
The Clickers rate is the most important for us.
