Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We currently use the service for phish simulation, scheduled and ad-hoc cybersecurity training, suspicious email triage, investigation, and response.

We performed a bakeoff against Proofpoint, Mime cast, and KnowBe4. KnowBe4 had more content and flexibility to automate processes. The PhishER tool was a great addition that we didn't even know we had and has improved our security operations significantly also. KnowBe4 had a lot of videos, assessments, printouts, and games content that the other two companies didn't have.

KnowBe4 has kept up on the training and seems to come out with new training at least quarterly if not more than that.
We synchronize our Active Directory domains (Multiple domains/multiple forests) using their sync and filtering tool. Groups are managed both automatically with smart groups and manually depending on the situation.
The phish-prone percentage is very useful and how we compare to our industry. These metrics are reported to our board of directors.
KnowBe4 is a great product to build your company's cybersecurity awareness from low to high maturity. Their PhishER and Phish Alert button is a big selling point that allows our employees to report suspicious emails and our security team to respond with feedback exponentially faster. This has saved my security team multiple hours per week. If you don't want to spend the time to manage the campaigns or want someone to do this for you, it might not be the product. However, you can automate a lot of this work through the KnowBe4 platform and their customer success team is very helpful and persistent.
