Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We are required to perform Information/Cybersecurity Awareness training twice a year. We use it across our entire organization which is Albany State University and have recently added KnowBe4 as the official training platform across Georgia's entire University System. It is used to provide Cybersecurity Awareness training and quarterly PHISHING exercises.

It helps keep the training interesting. It provides an opportunity to choose training subjects that reflect different job roles of our organization as well as keep the training to a length that will complete in one sitting and not dread completing.
I have training groups for each division. Each division gets assigned to separate training campaigns based on job duties for one training period and on Fundamental Information Security for the second training period. This allows me to assign security groups to the training groups so the Leadership of each division can have access to their area's training dashboard and reporting.
The training Campain Dashboards are the most effective source of reporting.
