Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

KnowBe4 is used corporate-wide. We use it to identify users who have a propensity to succumb to Phishing and provide training to assist them in recognizing Phishing.
  • Creative Phishing examples: The test Phishing examples often are realistic enough to fool users while highlighting the tells to look for when identifying Phishing.
  • Good Training: Training modules accurately identify and train towards the Phishing examples that were missed in the test email.
  • Variety: Test Phishing has enough variety to keep things interesting.
  • Nothing at this time but admittedly I am not the expert on KnowBe4 and as fairly new users we have yet to stretch the limits of the product.
  • Phishing failure rate is down to reasonable considering the large number of new users we have each year.
  • Reports from users on how the product not only helps at work but also with their personal email.

KnowBe4 Compliance Plus

We are just beginning to implement this. First training will be rolled out in the Fall. We do see this as very beneficial.
Very convenient and making it more likely to be successful.
Yes, we have already seen the benefits in our limited usage and are looking forward to using more of the product.
