Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We are using KnowBe4 throughout the whole division, training and phishing. Training is our overall goal, the need to make employees aware of what happens when carelessly clicking. This year we had them take the survey that is offered so we see where we stand, now we are taking those results and putting them to action, each month's training is geared to the categories in the survey, we are starting with the lowest score and working our way up. In the meantime, we have set up a bi-weekly phishing scheme so I can asses those results as well. We have quite a bit of turn over so In August of 22, we will need to come up with a new plan. Everyone new who comes into our system also receives training. As a school division, the problem is sensitive and minor information leaking. We are hoping this will help the employee to be the last defense of our division and students.
  • Red flags.
  • Makes them second guess.
  • Aware they need to contact IT.
  • See something say something-working on it.
  • I would like to see more school related issues.
  • Protecting minors video awareness.
  • Maybe a way to text a phishing alert.
  • It has opened a lot of eyes.
  • One person wanted a copy of the game spot the phish.
  • The posters were a big hit in the beginning, I will need to revisit that.
I checked out a few but they wanted to do more build firewalls and be a part of our security. We did not need that they also wanted more than double the price. We went with the Diamond package because with the price KnowBe4 offered we are able to enjoy all of KnowBe4's products and still be within the budget we need. We are a small school division and the range of affordability was what we needed. Some of the companies I looked out for were so expensive because they were tailoring to our small numbers when with larger numbers the price was lower.

We love the new videos training yes it keeps it fresh and makes sure I am not sending out the same video over and over. I love that there is funny and serious content. Sometimes it's just fun to watch a 2 to 5 min video about passwords and phishing. It is also nice to have straight talking where training is involved.
Well, I was able to choose which platform our division was to go with. I was involved with the implementation, and I am the only one to set up and schedule all of the training and phishing. I mostly handle the whole thing with advice from my Chief of Technology to guide me along.
I really just use the reports you can see with how many failures. I can do pie charts for all the reports that you all offer is nice if I do need to use it and if an Administrator wants to see more data. But the feedback that is provided to me at the end of each phishing campaign is sufficient enough for us.
I love KnowBe4, price-wise we also get more bang for our buck, I have personally checked out a few other companies but the price was more than double. It is super easy to set up and I love that I can set up the training and phishing months in advance. I can also custom-make phishing so I can make the phishing more relevant to our school and the local area. I don't see many downfalls but when I watch the videos I tend to steer clear of the ones that say use a "Password Manager"(too difficult to explain and I do not have any good examples of a password manager), and "business" I rather the word "organization".
