Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
It is currently being used by our entire company for phishing training. This helps educate our users on phishing by showing them realistic examples of phishing emails. Users who fail the test are required to take training provided through KnowBe4. We select different modules each month in order to deliver different information each time.
- They allow customized phishing campaigns targets to your company's culture.
- They provide templates for phishing and training which are easily customized.
- Customer and technical support is excellent especially in regards to response time.
- When they came out with compliance support, even though we were at the highest level (Diamond), it was an addon. This feels wrong.
- We would like to see more training modules 5 minutes or less in length.
- We use different groups each month. It would be nice if there was a way to autogenerate/iterate them without manual intervention.
- KnowBe4 allows us to track our user's phish-prone percentage, and it has consistently hovered around 21.4% just above the green.
- Our users provide feedback more often now including asking us (IT Security) about any suspicious emails. This has been elevated greatly since the training began.
- Without going into specific details, we have experienced being phished by bad actors in the past which resulted in thousands of dollars being exploited. Since then, we have not experienced this. It's hard to prove a negative, but this is definitely positive.

Relevant and new training material is extremely important. Phishing gets more complex every day. If you do not stay on top of the trends, your users are more likely to fall for the bad actor's tricks. Although there was a loll in some new content, once we brought this up, Knowbe4 was quick to respond and fix the issue.
Users have added automatically through SAML integration between our AD and Knowbe4. Although I did not originally configure this, I have had the opportunity to view and modify it on occasion. This is a pretty straightforward process. I've also used CSV files to important existing users into groups. This process is very useful and not hard to do.
The most important reports for us are Risk Score Reports, Phish-prone Percentage Reports, Phishing Results by User Count, and Training Status Overview Reports. These reports are provided to upper management regularly. The reporting abilities built into KnowBe4 are quite good and easy to use. There really isn't much there that we would change.
