Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use KnowBe4 to provide our users with security awareness training videos, get them engaged in interactive games and we use their provided posters across the department for additional security awareness and reminders. The system allows us to track our user's engagement with each training which allows us to better plan our future training sessions and modules to concentrate on using different campaigns to get the users the messages we need them to receive in means of security awareness.

- We'd love to have the ability to review/view full series of videos without actually having to create a campaign for it.
- Our objective was to make sure that our users have the proper security awareness training needed and we wanted that to happen without us asking them to spend so much time on each video, KnowBe4 was perfect with its massive collection of videos.
We found KnowBe4 to be the best match for our needs and it covered all of our requirements. The competition did not have some basic needs like sending a security training at an exact time on a certain day, instead, we were expected to accept having Sat/Sun off days, when we live in a region where Fri/Sat are off days. Not to mention how other systems expected us to accept certain time windows/slots to send it, instead of allowing us to send training at the exact times we need. Others did not support SAML SSO while KnowBe4 covered that without any issues.

We love how KnowBe4 keeps creating new content, we just hope they release Arabic content faster.
We have scripts to auto-import new users or remove disabled users from within KnowBe4, wasn't straight forward as we would like, but eventually, it worked as we needed.
