Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use it every day. We not only use it to train our employees on a monthly bases, but we also use its fishing campaign. When an employee fails a campaign, it is a sign for us to give additional training to that employee, allowing us to tie it into our ISO27001 requirements. It has helped to enhance our security and protect our company from individuals with milieus intent.
- The training is great.
- The emails help us to see where we still need to grow.
- The reports show us where we are successful.
- Maybe a bit more interactive training but really, it's great the way it is.
- I think some live training would be great.
- Interactive AI training where, depending on the answers, you can see the potential outcome and how not doing the right things could negatively impact a company.
- There is no doubt in my mind that KnowBe4 has saved us from multiple attacks because of the way our employees have been trained.
- Employees have gained knowledge to keep them cyber secure, not only at work but at home as well.
- KnowBe4 has assisted us in becoming ISO7001 compliant.

It's good to keep our employees on their toes. Also, with an ever-changing security landscape, it is important to constantly change the type of training coming through. It also shows employees that it may not be the same all the time, and learning the base reason attacks happen has a much better impact on learning.
We only have the admins and the users. Our managers don't get involved. They don't feel as though it is needed. However, knowing that we can get detailed in the administration is a good thing to be able to have as we grow as a company; this feature will come in handy.
The phishing emails are the best. The reports that are shown are most enlightening. We use the failed clicking report to show what employees need more training. We then implement the training and assign it to those users.This helps the users to be more safe and it helps our company to be more secure at the same time.
