We require all users to complete training modules on a quarterly basis. We also send out test phishing emails to confirm their understanding of the subject matter.
- Reinforces safe email behaviors
- Points out the various threat vectors that hackers & phishers try to use
- Test their understanding and awareness by sending phony emails
- Makes management aware of the effectiveness of the training by comparing results to companies in our industry
- Some of the training modules take too long to get to the point.
- Some of the modules include topics we don't need like cell phone security
- Would be nice to have some examples of home use of computers
- It only takes the I.T. department minutes to start a new campaign
- The campaigns run independently and let I.T. monitor the progress to completing very easily
- The campaign reporting allows I.T. to focus their efforts on the people who have not had a successful completion of the course.

KnowBe4 is by far the easiest and most cost effective solution to implement. Their customer service contacts us quarterly and walks us through the setup of the next campaign. The always make us aware of the latest content that has been added.

It's always different and topical. The users are not bored or less interested due to coverage of the same topic the same way.
We have the user accounts synced from Active Directory. We assign a group to each user based upon their functions and level within the company.
Report that shows who has not completed the training and the one that compares results to other industries.
