Use the product to educate all of our staff on the dangers of inadequate cyber security.

Helps to keep employees cognizant of things to look out for throughout the day.
Product has been very helpful when onboarding al new hires.

I have been able to do general training and also focused training for staff that requires more specific training like how to deal with credit cards.

Pros

  • Basic training on things to look for in emails.
  • Their weekly tips have been very helpful
  • Phishing tests

Cons

  • Setting up training videos in th ebeginning was a bit confusing and requires help from Knowbe 4 staff
  • We have seen significant increase in awareness emails going to helpdesk
KnowBe4 is a more mature product with greater inventory of training materials.

Has helped to keep all of my employees informed. I can send out regular training sessions and Phishing tests to keep everyone aware and vigilant.
Handled by IT department. Process in place to add new hires and send training request for onboarding new employees.

Work closely with department heads to come up with training plan specific to departments.
We only track percentage of completed training.
The staff is very helpful and always willing to help.
