Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
I use KnowBe4 training to educate users on potential risks using email, internet, external data, etc. Training is done a few times a year. I utilize monthly testing for users to ensure they know what to watch out for. Follow up training is provided for those who routinely "fail" phishing tests.
- Phish testing
- Makes the training enjoyable
- Mixes up the topics so that things are not repeated in each training session
- Regular training classes which benefit me as an admin
- Provide regular contact with customer support specialists to make sure I stay in the know.
- Maybe continue to hold KB4-CON online as well as in person.
- Users are better at deciphering legitimate email from phishing/scam email
- Users and management feel safer having this training in place
- It helps us weed out those who are more high risk within our company.

It has kept training from becoming boring for everyone. All users benefit in some way from every training module we use.
Users are set up by office. New users are added throughout the year and assigned to said offices. Those who fail / click are assigned to an additional folder where they can be evaluated and provided additional training if necessary.
Getting the monthly report on the phishing tests provides management the information necessary to evaluate those who are higher risk. It also gives us a good idea of where we need to focus more training.
