Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

TLC wanted to increase the security of our customers data. Part of this is the education of our staff to prevent phishing attacks from tricking our users. KnowBe4 does a great job with teaching employees how to spot phishing attempts. It then reaffirms the learning with testing. Our network is safer because of it.

Pros

  • Regular update teaching
  • Easy administration
  • Large Library

Cons

  • They have updated levels and moved trainings in order to charge more.
  • I would like to be able to set compliance levels per user and view them.
  • The cost of a single network breach can be detrimental to a company.
We have not found a need to re-evaluate KnowBe4 in years. They do a great job for us.

Keeping training fresh keeps users engaged when asked to have yearly refreshers. This has made adoption much easier.
We utilize the tools, rolls and automations. We enter an employee and their security level and trainings are sent automatically.
We get a weekly testing report so that we can follow-up with employees that need more training.
All computer users in any size company need this training.
