Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

Use for Security awareness training for all employees in the organization. It is used to raise cyber awareness for all employees and to ensure we have continuous training and reminder against cyber incidents. Found the training modules to be quite informative and the quarterly evaluation quite comprehensive and useful for our organization.

Pros

  • The training are short and in modules
  • The wordings are easy to understand
  • The format is good for the general organization.

Cons

  • The animations can be more up to date.
  • Some of the examples shown are out of date and can be more updated.
  • ROI is good when compared to cost on any cyber incident.
  • Employees are starting to be more cyber aware with the phishing simulation.
  • Customized modules helps to bring knowledge to company SOP against fraud.

With the availability of fresh training content, we can make sure that our employees can continue to have up-to-date examples in our simulation and more up-to-date cyber training to ensure that we are continuously improving our cyber resilience and making sure our human factor in cybersecurity improves over time. Making our organization safer.
It is very well suited for the general organization where this kind of continue training and refresh is very useful to start cyber awareness and make consistent improvements. With the standard modules without organization customization, it should not be used for very specific fraud or cyber training since the standard modules aren't detailed enough for those kinds of purpose.
