Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use it to inform our users. This is company-wide to educate our users on cyber security. Ever since using this, we noticed that there had been fewer people clicking on suspicious emails, which gives IT some breathing room since there are fewer incident responses from using this product.
Pros
- Keeps users engaged with the short videos.
- Educates users on dangers of the security.
- User friendly UI.
Cons
- Website bugs out sometimes with the videos.
- Not all users get notifications for the videos.
- Easier implementation.
- More people have been phishing emails.
- Less people have been clicking on suspicious links.
- People are more cautious.
KnowBe4 is a nice utility to have to train users on security factors that can risk them. Another security tool we use is Sophos, that's more of an anti-virus tool that also gives us information on what possible threat actors are out in our environment, which is kind of hard to compare to KnowBe4.

Would you buy KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training again?
Yes
This was our first training security program, but I think this went very well. I feel this made out users more vigilant and careful when completing tasks on the internet. We like how this program makes them second guess their decisions to make sure they stay safe on the internet.
N/A - I don't have access to this.
Seeing our organization more secure from a user standpoint. If we could see graphs and other statistics of improvement, that would be ideal. Like a line graph of suspicious emails clicked from the start of the program to the present day. Something we can show to the higher-ups to know this product is worth us using.
