Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to provide cybersecurity training to every employee 4 times per year. We also use it to do monthly phishing tests (emails) to every employee. We believe these satisfy questions we sometimes see on cyber liability insurance and IT audit questionnaires and therefore help us to comply with various standards or other requirements.

- I am not aware of a mobile app, and many people would probably use it if there were one (or if I knew about it and could tell them)
- Sometimes the videos try to be "cute" and perhaps that works for some, but I don't find it to be my preference. I suppose having that option is fine... and the admin just doesn't have to include in the "menu" for their employees.
- Implement KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has allowed us to demonstrate compliance with various "cybersecurity training" requirement scenarios
- Using KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has generally improved cybersecurity awareness within our organization, which is really the goal.
- The phishing test functionality allows us to identify click-prone users and provide additional coaching to them.

Since we require employees to do four session per year, having fresh content is important because otherwise we would likely have to repeat some sessions. Employees would likely look negatively on that and it would diminish the overall effectiveness of the program.
Every new employee gets added to an "all users" group. It's as simple as that. Anyone who fails a phishing test is automatically added to a remedial group with additional training requirements.
Every user must complete their assigned training. Period. The reporting helps us enforce that.

60 - Every employee is required to complete the KnowBe4 training and is subject to monthly phishing tests.
3 - It's General IT admin stuff
- It educates our people and therefore makes us more secure
- It satisfies a compliance requirement
- We celebrate any month in which nobody clicks on a phishing email by having a "Cybersecurity Breakfast." We let our team vote on the restaurant from which to get the food. This creates a positive atmosphere around IT and cybersecurity.
- If we start using O365 we can use the PhishER module
