The multitude of modules has given us a lot of flexibility in keeping trainings fresh and not repetitive or monotonous.

KnowBe4 User Management

User management is provisioned via our AD using a plugin.

KnowBe4 Reporting

The most important metric we focus on are the Phish Prone Percentage (PP%) to determine which users need more personal training.

I don't really have too many negative things to say about KB4. We were able to employ a proficiency assessment to see where we were as a company and then take appropriate action with more or less training.
