Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

KnowBe4 is used by the entire company. We use it to promote security awareness, for regular phishing campaigns and for training modules.
  • Very configurable phishing campaigns.
  • Good security/training modules.
  • Integration with AD/O365.
  • Reports could be better.
  • I wish the phishing campaign could be just a little more flexible on scheduling.
  • We went from 26% of our users clicking on simulated phishing emails to approx 5%. That's a GREAT improvement!
Cyren seemed like they would be good, unfortunately they went out of business so I'll never know if we could have used them.

TBH the training content has not been used much except for initial training and for remedial training when/if people click on phishing emails. We do, however, plan on implementing a quarterly security newsletter and we will plan on using the training videos from KnowBe4 for that.
We sync our AD with KnowBe4 to create groups within KnowBe4 for the phishing campaigns.
The phish-prone percentages are the most important metric for us.
Everyone needs some sort of security awareness program, no matter how big or small you are. KnowBe4 is a great service for that. The phishing campaigns are one of the best around and whenever I go to security conferences 1. they always recommend you run regular phishing campaigns for your users and 2. KnowBe4 is almost always one of the services they suggest.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training New Features

They AD provision for users has made onboarding/user provisioning very easy. Also use the SSO integration which is great so there is one less password for user to have to put in.
I'm not aware of this personalization but would like to find out.
They do have a lot of training modules which are good. But as most things it seems the best ones are reserved for the people on the highest level of subscription (diamond)
I do and I think it's great. Employees are now able to get immediate feedback on the disposition of emails they submit.
