Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We using KnowBe4 for phishing awareness and training. it's a great tool for training people about phishing, to be aware of any type of scam or fraudulent emails, and computer security in general.
- the phishing emails are setup very well. they strike the right balance of giving the signs of a phishing email but not being too obvious.
- some of the backend administration is very intuitive.
- the support is very good. they reach out consistently to make sure it's a good experience.
- some of the backend features aren't as intuitive as they should be.
- some of the reports could use some improvement.
- It's hard to nail down an ROI in tangible numbers. We'll never know how many breaches were saved because of proper training. But knowing how a security breach can impact a business, making a small investment towards great training is invaluable.
We haven't used any other products. KnowBe4 was highly recommended, we're satisfied with it, so we stick with it.

It makes training employees so much easier. The content is provided, you simply select it and roll it out.
We utilize the sync tool which integrates with Active Directory. So I spend zero time managing users, which is great.
We like to have reports on how our employees are doing, but also how we stack up against other organizations in our business sector. These reports are already provided by KnowBe4 so it's incredibly helpful.
