Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
The quarterly training we assign to our userbase has been instrumental in raising the bar for our end users awareness. Social engineering keeps coming no matter how many countermeasures you have. The best defense is training the human element.
Pros
- PhishAlert Button for easy reporting
- PhishRIP for rapid removal of malicious emails that went to everyone
- Training that is both educational and entertaining!
Cons
- I'd like to see KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training purchase and integrate a strong AntiSpam service with it integrated.
- automatically RIP messages that are coming across many different companies
- direct SSO login to the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training iOS app vs doing a link / qr code login. (for users that only have an ipad)
- Enables compliance with requirements for user education
- Makes end users more skeptical of emails saving countless dollars in BEC
- Shores up the beachhead that most attacks use... Emails making a user click a malicious link.
