Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training for our annual security training for all employees, introductory training for new hires and monthly scheduled phishing campaigns. We also send out the weekly scam report email to all employees. We attempt to keep security in the forefront of our employees' mind with regular phishing tests and training.

Pros

  • Portal is very functional with a lot of features for phishing campaigns.
  • A lot of content for security awareness and training.
  • Instructors and webinars are excellent

Cons

  • We access some training through our HR website where our HR department can keep track of compliance. Would be nice if those completions tracked back to KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to affect our security scoring.
  • Phishing failure rate started at 30% +, currently we are averaging below 9% after a year.
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is the only resource we have used or looked at.

It is helpful to be able to offer updated and more relevant content as the landscape continues to change in the real world.
Integrate with Microsoft AD to populate our user management.
Monthly phishing campaign reporting.
Good content with options for basic quicker training sessions or more detailed training sessions.
