We have purchased KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training for the purpose of Security awareness training. We have purchased the Diamond subscription for all of our users and we got SAT and Security Coach with the PhishER. We are using this platform to train our existing and new employees on various security topics like Phishing attack, Spam email detection, physical security and compliance trainings. Before the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training, we were using some other methods and tools to train our employees and that was not effective. Then we moved to the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training and they have excellent quality of training videos with the proper plan to train and test the users. In knowbe4, we can launch the training campaign to provide training on any topic and after the completion of the training, we can launch the phishing campaign to test the trainees understanding of the content provided in the training and how much is the training was effective. And in this way we can launch one by one training and take phishing test to make sure they are receiving and understanding the training properly and we can see the progress by per training. With KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training, we are more secure towards a social engineering attack.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training adds the fresh training content every moth with the video training and the newsletters with the security quotes. We are using the newsletters to send to our users on the monthly security email to provide the last month trending threats of the market. With the trending video training, users are getting aware of the new security attacks and are getting prepare to defense to that attack. With the different contents from the security experts is not only helping end users but also helping our security team to aware of the threats and mitigation process.

In KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training, we manage all of our users through the active directory sync process through a SAAS application that is created in our Azure AD Environment. The sync generally happens 3-4 times per day to make the things same as per AD. We can automatically sync the process. With this application, we can sync all AD groups as well, and the groups will help us on the training as we do not have to create and maintain a groups here. Anything that will change on the AD side will be reflected here. We do not have to create or delete users manually if they a new user is joining or an old is removing.

We use the report section to see the overall progress of the training. The security awareness training report (training campaign report) we see on weekly basis to see the overall growth or deduction in the training. After the launch of phishing test, we use the report to see how many people have fall on this phishing test and this is called phish pron percentage. Apart from this, we monitor the number of Phish Alert button installed on end user devices, risk score report as well. The risk score report is very important for us as with this report we can see the overall risk to the organization and on this basis, we can modify our training plans.
