Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We currently use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to send phishing campaigns to our users monthly. We also send quarterly trainings on different topics quarterly. Topics include everything from Teams security to phishing. We've also focused on QR codes, as those are becoming more of a threat lately.

- So many features can be confusing
- No syncing with Azure AD
- So far, we've been able to avoid any security issues through email.
- Changed employee behavior. They are less likely to click anything in an unknown email.
- Saves time in preparing for compliance audits. Reporting helps!
The content is great. It keeps our employees entertained. The content is fun and creative. They even have a mini-series that employees actually look forward to viewing.
We use their ADSync tool. We have a dedicated server setup to run their tool. It syncs using LDAPS, so there is extra security there. We pull in users from AD. To prevent a user from being sync'd to AD, we can add them to an AD group.
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training offers a very thorough quarterly report that breaks it down by location for us. We have 5 locations worldwide, so it helps us focus on the locations that may be having issues or where we need to use more trainings. Also, managers love these reports and are always impressed by them.
By far, KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training had the most phishing and training templates available. They also had the most professional and fun templates. that helps keep it more interesting to our users.
