Overall Satisfaction with Kronos Workforce Ready

Being used throughout our organization.
  • Electronic time keep has streamlined the payroll process for our organization.
  • Applicant tracking and on-boarding has had positive results.
  • A more universal reports system. Not all available fields are in all reports.
  • I don't have any information to answer this question.
We felt Kronos fit our organization better.
A solid 8, at times higher, and other times lower on the scale.
From a payroll perspective, Kronos has completely changed my job and streamlined our payroll process.
I wish there was more human contact with the quick training. The majority of my questions can't be answered by searching the community. I find the community is lacking in that respect.
Payroll processing has been a new experience for us. It has its ups and downs.

Using Kronos Workforce Ready

From employees clocking time to our CEO managing employees, our entire company uses Kronos Workforce Ready.
5 - Basically our HR Team. Although all of our branches have staff champions to assist with some functions.

  • Managers have access to employee pay rates, PTO, etc.
  • Online Benefit Enrollment
  • FMLA and Personnel Leave Tracking
  • Work Scheduling
We're only a year into our contract but it has been a good change for our organization. If Kronos keeps in front of the competitors and offers a bigger and better product I believe we will continue with Kronos.

Kronos Workforce Ready Implementation

Overall we made it through....but looking back there are many things that could've made the implementation smoother.
Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled
  • Certain earnings codes set up incorrectly that paid our employees incorrectly
  • Not always being on the same page with our implementation specialist
  • Having to repeatedly submit the same reports over the course of a year and the custom reports that were to be created by Kronos were not created.

Kronos Workforce Ready Training

Not applicable.
Sometimes hard to understand without the human touch! Overall we got enough training to get us started. A lot we had to learn through trial and error.
Not applicable as we did online training. After the online training most of what we learned is through trial and error self training.

Configuring Kronos Workforce Ready

I'm not familiar in this area.
Yes - we have added extensive custom code - Many custom payroll and benefit codes.

Yes - No, it is not resolved in a timely matter.
When we first started with Kronos some of our year end fringe reporting was new to Kronos and they worked with us to come up with a solution that would work for us.
