It is used by the whole organization at 4 locations. It is able to track time for employees across multiple locations, able to be accessible from home, and is easy to use.

It is easy to use.
Accessible from home.

There is no customer support. I reached out to my rep several times and got no responses.
The accrual function does not work properly and the payroll coordinator has to double-check employees' calculations.

ADP Streamline Payroll and ADP Mobile Solutions

We are speaking to ADP because of the shortfalls of Kronos. ADP's options fulfill what we are missing from Kronos.
