Overall Satisfaction with Kronos Workforce Ready

It is used by the whole organization at 4 locations. It is able to track time for employees across multiple locations, able to be accessible from home, and is easy to use.

Pros

  • It is easy to use.
  • Accessible from home.

Cons

  • There is no customer support. I reached out to my rep several times and got no responses.
  • The accrual function does not work properly and the payroll coordinator has to double-check employees' calculations.
We are speaking to ADP because of the shortfalls of Kronos. ADP's options fulfill what we are missing from Kronos.
Kronos isn't able to transfer employees to a different labor code which we often transfer.
Kronos is easy to use in terms of building reports.
We have been lacking in offering training to the users. We created our own training plan to help them.
The lack of customer service is the main reason we would not recommend Kronos and are currently speaking to other payroll companies for service.
