It was used by the sales team for prospecting potential clients.
- Integration with our prospecting tool
- Work flow for syncing contacts into our CRM
- Poor quality of information
- Not very complex - Can only be used to get contact info, cannot be used as a prospecting tool on its own
- Reduced time for importing new contacts
- Lots of time wasted using incorrect information
