Overall Satisfaction with LeanData

We use LeanData for lead and Contact routing, notifications, tracking completion, round robin assignments, time to action and SLA Tracking.

It helps us assign new leads from our marketing software through round robin, track time to action and enforce SLAs. We also use LeanData to notify reps of needed actions through email and Teams integration.

Pros

Cons

  • Integration with Zoom would be useful.
  • More details when errors occur.
  • Eliminating time spent on fixing incorrect routing
  • Integration with SalesLoft has reduced time spent on manual importing
The graphical interface has been very easy to use. Especially with the addition of color coding and routing snippets to get you going and get more ideas on what is possible.

Lead and contact routing is extremely useful and much easier to accomplish in LeanData than in our marketing software. The ability to really finetune how leads should be assigned if there is an existing account or even look to see if an account has an open and active opportunity has been very useful when deciding if a lead should round robin or goto an existing account owner.
