Overall Satisfaction with Lever
We use [Lever] to track job applicants and to track interview participants through the different stages of the process. A whole department uses it for this, as the main tool to keep track of people and where they are as we interview them. We can bulk load larger lists of people, and then email them from Lever and otherwise keep all their information together in one place.
Pros
- Great integration: Keeps a list of Outlook email communication along with LinkedIn and other data sources
- Is fairly lively, not too much lag between screens even though it is looking through a lot of data.
- Has excellent reporting on how well each email message is working.
Cons
- Seems to go down once every 2-3 in some way
- Sometimes the screens have soo much data it is hard to read it on a laptop screen
- I sometimes don't know what an error message means, and it should be easier to get the answer online.
- It is a powerful, flexible tool that enables us to do our jobs efficiently.
- As Lever adds solid new features, it simplifies our technology stack.
