Overall Satisfaction with Lever
Lever is essential for our organization, specifically for our HR department! It is being used to manage our hiring process. The tool has helped our organization source, manage and nurture candidates that are looking to work at our organization. Our HR department manages the platform but all of our departments use it: sales, engineering, customer success, marketing, and finance. The majority of departments at our organization use the tool to refer candidates.

If your organization is rapidly growing it can be easy to outgrow a platform like Workable. It all really depends on what your company goals and objectives are for the year / near future. Workable is great for small businesses with a few job openings but as your organization grows you need a tool that can grow with you. Lever can keep up with your needs and their support team is very helpful.

Our organization is growing rapidly at this moment and this tool is a huge improvement from what we previously used. This tool is essential for our organization because of how fast we're growing. Our HR team loves how they can keep notes on people who are applying. They love the improved communication with hiring managers and great reporting which has led to an improved experience. We also love the ease of use for referring candidates.
