Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

It is being used by the sales department to do lead generation. It is a great tool to spot people moves, which is a good opportunity to contact a lead. The "Save" functionality for leads makes it easy to know when people moves happen. Besides that, the advanced filters are also very useful when it comes to creating an initial list of leads.

Cons

  • I do not believe that the algorithm for people moves is perfect. Looks like to have some flaws in it.
  • ROI was not calculated, but for sure it made it our database more accurate, saving time for sales reps on prospecting.
Sales Navigator is more like a complement for ZoomInfo and Data.com, since it does not have direct dials. Also, it is more likely to have accurate data using Sales Navigator.
Suited for organizations that have a mature process for lead generation.

Not appropriate if the organization has a sales team of juniors, who do not understand what segmentation is and how it works. If you still do not know who your target market is, Sales Navigator will not help a lot.
