Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Talent Solutions
We use LinkedIn Talent Solutions on a daily basis for IT recruiting. It's the sourcing tool that we primarily use within our team. We use other resume posting sites and job boards, but we spend 75% or more of our time on LinkedIn Talent Solutions. It's the best for the IT recruiting space because we can contact both active and passive candidates in the IT market. It allows us to keep in touch with candidates in our network and those that we've recruited to our clients as well.
- Allows us to set search agents that alert us of new candidates meeting our search on a daily basis
- Has a very detailed search component to it that lets us hone in on the ideal fits during our search
- Inmail features allow us to contact passive candidates when we don't have other contact methods for them
- With how common remote work is nowadays, they need to add a search function that allows us to search for candidates by time zone
- It would be incredibly beneficial if they added a feature that indicated a candidate's work authorization status

- Extremely positive ROI - we wouldn't be able to bring in the revenue we do without LinkedIn Talent Solutions
We use job boards like Indeed & Dice for sourcing IT candidates as well. Those job boards are good for lower level positions where there are always plenty of active job seekers. However, for the more in demand skill sets like software development, LinkedIn Talent Solutions is by far the best option as those candidates are not actively posting their resumes on job boards.
