Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Talent Solutions

It is used to find qualified candidates to fill our open positions. We don't have to spend hours looking through resumes anymore.
  • It does a good job of finding quality candidates.
  • It finds a large number of candidates, providing options.
  • Filtering candidates by location and not other criteria.
  • The most important feature for us is knowing their desired salary range.
  • There has been mostly a positive impact. We have been able to successfully find candidates in short periods of time.
LinkedIn typically provides a more sophisticated or professional type of candidate, which is what we are looking for in the banking industry. We need employees who are experienced in the customer service area and enjoy helping customers.
