Overall Satisfaction with Litmos

We are using Litmos as the Learning System for our organization.

Previously, our LMS does not sync with our HRIS for the constant updates on employees' information. It was not able to setup SSO for the easy login feature either, so Litmos was able to address those issue for the company. We are using Litmos for 5000 users as of current.

Pros

  • Sync with HRIS
  • User Friendly UI
  • Clear Release Notes

Cons

  • Clearer Package of Training Contents, we are provided with only 3 options but did not know that Litmos has more.
  • Smoother Implementation process-Litmos Premium integration package does not meet our expectations
  • Add the "Select All" to the Team > Learning Library > Assign training to the library for the team. Right now, we need to click on individual training, takes lot of time.
  • Simplified Reporting
  • Reduced Training Cost
  • Increase compliance trainings rate
Litmos provide a combination option for both of listed above LMS.

User friendly UI, easy to access on both web and mobile app.
A lot of things we asked for, were told "no" or "it's not possible".
Litmos was able to provide information sync with our current HRIS, which address the issue of inconsistent information. Its content author is also great.

Litmos does not address all the training content needs in our company. The charge for each training library is very costly, if the training packages are being recategorized, I believe I'll definitely recommend Litmos to everyone.
