Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are an OEM Vendor of Litmos, so we use it both internally and externally for our clients. For me, I use Litmos everyday, all day it feels like! We create our own training content, and host it on Litmos, so there is often troubleshooting needed. We also implement clients on the platform, help with any tech requests, and more!

Alternatives Considered

ComplianceWire

I used ComplianceWire at my previous company, and I loved the reporting functionality. We were regulated both federally and globally, so that was really important to us. With Litmos, I do feel like the user interface is much better, and that users have a better experience. I wish reporting was different but I know that they are working on it. Overall, I prefer Litmos to ComplianceWire.

Usability

I think Litmos is incredibly user friendly, and it gives users a straightforward view of what they need to do, when, and how. I think there are areas for improvement, like all softwares, but overall I think it is really easy to use. It also provides a ton of integrations and features that admins can pick and choose, so their users have a more personalized experience.

Likelihood to Recommend

We have a lot of HR and EHS clients, and I feel like both of those sections really appreciate the ease of use, how straightforward the platform is, and that you can schedule reports. We also support many deskless workers who appreciate being able to take training on their phone or tablet. I personally feel like this would work for most clients, if not all. The only real drawback I see often is reporting functionality, and that it can be better. I know Litmos is currently working on it, but some compliance or regulated industries may not get the amount of reporting they need from the system in its current state.
