Overall Satisfaction with Litmos

We use Litmos to deliver online training content to about 2,000 remote employees. Litmos allows us to ensure each employee remains compliant for essential security and HR related trainings. They also use it to complete trainings about client info, quality skills, and soft/sales skills to ensure they are successful.

  • Litmos has saved us a significant amount of time and money compared to conducting live trainings
  • Litmos makes it easy to deliver content based around the leaner's shift instead of modifying their shift attend a live training
  • Litmos makes is easy to identify employees that are out of compliance and get them up to speed.
We use Articulate 360 in conjunction with Litmos. We find that Rise 360 provides a better development process and learner experience compared to built in Litmos content authoring tool. However we find the Litmos assessment tool is great for very basic assessments. It allows us to have a simplified reporting process and allows us to lock it after learner completion.

Litmos overall does a great job. As with any product there is always room for improvement. We have compared other products and by far Litmos provides us most of the features that we need at the best price. Litmos makes it easy for learner's to navigate the portal and access content.
The bulk upload features were very helpful during the implementation process. We were easily able to add our employee's learner accounts and upload completion data from our previous LMS. Our learners were also easily able to transition over to Litmos due to having the ability to seamlessly sign in using SSO and the ease of the user interface.
Litmos does a great job at providing robust reporting to site owners and site admins. It makes it easy to deliver content to employees and make sure they are staying compliant. It works great for remote and phone center employees where they have constant access to a pc and can easily complete trainings.
