Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
It's being used by our email operations department to test and edit email templates before we implement them. This greatly helps us preview our emails before deploying them.
- Easy to use.
- Provides a diverse amount of email clients to test.
- Provides additional analytics that are helpful for email marketing.
- I can't think of anything they need to improve! Litmus is fantastic about listening to user's wants and implementing them.
- Positive: allows us to test new templates before implementing them.
- Positive: decreases the "telephone" issue with marketers saying an email "looks bad" for all recipients.
It's allowed us to progress with the types of email designs we want to use. Our business gets to move forward and do more and more advanced email marketing techniques because we can test them out in Litmus first.
We do not have access to the Litmus Proof feature.
Litmus has shown previews faster, provided more email clients to test, and is easier to use.
