Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
We had several services that offered similar solution for htmls, but Litmus always stand out of the crowd, they offer a wide variety of views, so you can check if your html works good on mobile, desktop, and other email servers such as outlook, yahoo, etc. We are very pleased with the service, we can rely on Litmus by all means.
- We have published more than 300 htmls last year thanks to Litmus.
- The interface is very friendly.

- Sometimes the htmls are very large and they don’t display properly.
- Sometimes some of the simulators don’t load at all.
- It is not very intuitive about how to create folders.
- This has been very useful for our metrics.

We usually plan our email marketing strategies accordingly, and we follow all the best practices to make our htmls look good, and Litmus has helped us in that purpose. We rely on the visualizations and the performance shown in the system. That way we can create better solutions in the html field.
We usually use the platform in a very collaborative environment, since we can create folders we can share updates or modifications with the entire team. It’s very intuitive and friendly. We also like that the platform updates very often, thinking about the users and the clients as well.
We love the interface that Litmus has, we tried working in other platforms but it is not as intuitive as Litmus. We like the distribution of elements and how we can decide which visualization we want. It has been very useful for the company.
