Litmus - The true test is how much it will improve your email game!

Litmus is being used by the entire organization--the Slack integration has made this mostly possible. It has made wonderful improvements to our email workflow and is a powerful and trusted tool. It enforces best practices by its design, which is wonderful! I love that you can be specific with which email clients you use in previews. We initially started our subscription to identify issues with deliverability and our old email service provider (ESP). Litmus consistently outperformed our old tool. However, our old tool had a wonderful price point for us being a non-profit. One individual department controls the account (marketing and comms) and used by other departments by sending an email to our Litmus email address.

First and foremost it has put deliverability and hitting the inbox as the priority over design, etc. Visibility into other departments--and having others see these emails in the organization--allows us to also have a template library of sorts. The analytics in Litmus is easy to deploy and the results are always better than our native analytics tools in our CRMs/ESPs.

This has been the main way we have managed approvals. Emails will be sent to be reviewed, and that test can be made public to share previews, etc. with those whom approval I seek. We also use it and paste the link in our project/task management software [Atlassian Suite of products] where we manage email workflows.
