Overall Satisfaction with Litmus

Litmus is being used at a department level. It helps examine the deliverability and accessibility of emails in between browsers. Sometimes, when test emails do not send, we use Litmus to build the email in HTML to send it around for approvals. It fits a niche need and is a solution for it.

We still switch it out of the marketing software.
A lot of users are on Gmail, while others are on Outlook. It has helped design and plan for these different platforms.
Litmus is particularly well-suited for specific scenarios where there are email tests or a desire for tracking emails by browser, etc. This colleague would need to have that need in order for me to recommend Litmus. That said, it is a very useful product and performs well for the tasks it does.
