Overall Satisfaction with Litmus

We are using Litmus reports to link to our SugarMarket reports to understand engagement with emails—time spent, device, forwards, and prints. We share the information back to clients and use it for the optimization of campaigns.
  • Detailed reports.
  • Useful information at send level.
  • Integration with email deployment system.
  • Reports can be messy.
  • Not clear to our organization on how to set up well to get clean data on the back end.
  • We currently get emailed reports—looking into API.
  • Deeper visibility into email deliverability and performance metrics.
Helps us understand what content is resonating, which devices are used, etc.
