Overall Satisfaction with Litmus

We primarily used Litmus to test the rendering in different email clients. It's very easy to use Litmus in this aspect, as we could fairly quickly view the rendering across multiple clients. We did not really use any of the other features.

Pros

  • email client rendering
  • Easy usability
  • Snippets

Cons

  • Often a bit slow. Maybe RAM intensive.
  • I'd would've loved a VML live-rendering feature
  • Saves us a fair amount of time with testing emails across clients
No, didn't purchase the extra feature.
We made decisions as to which clients to optimize for, and more importantly, which clients weren't worth the effort.
