Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
Our agency uses Litmus to test previews for all email marketing communications. It is our primary tool for reviewing how our emails look on the most common browsers. We also use tracking codes to collect device and browser data on opened emails.

- More tiers for number of previews before requiring an enterprise solution
- Offer Marketo integration as an add-on instead of in the enterprise package
- We see high turnover in account management contacts
- Preview helps our team focus design on the most common devices and browsers. This saves us time and resources.
- Span testing guides our efforts at improving inbox placement, which means more qualified leads.
The biggest impact on our business has been Litmus's leadership in guiding email marketing professionals in navigating privacy changes to Apple Mail. With informative webinars, downloads, and practical suggestions provided by Litmus, I prepared our Marketo instance for tracking real opens and shifting ROI focus to engagement and conversions.
We have not used the Proof functionality.
