Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
We use Litmus primarily as a testing tool when building out new emails or making updates to existing emails to make sure that our emails are displaying correctly across clients. We specifically use the build & test tools or will send tests from Salesforce to Litmus to preview. We have also started using the previews integrated into Salesforce which is very time-saving.

Very time saving!! Love this feature and use it all of the time.
Honestly, we don’t utilize the metrics much as we don’t have this set up as far as I know. Would love to learn more about this and see if it’s something that would work for us.
We do not use this in our workflow as we have so many emails and they aren’t all kept in Litmus. We use Figma for designs/repo of a sort and all of our emails are in Salesforce.
