Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
At my organization, we use Litmus to share with our internal and greater team how emails will look. This is great because not everyone has access to our ESP, but with Litmus, everyone is able to take a look at our work and offer their feedback. I like that I can get a quick view of how an email will look to various readers.
- Store all emails in on general space (great for taking a look back or zooming out).
- Look at emails in dark mode and through various domains.
- I wish we could delete versions.
- Made the QA process more efficient.
It's very helpful that you're able to see what needs to be updated in an email from Litmus. From there, we are able to make direct changes to the campaign until all stakeholders are happy with the results. Litmus gives a clear view into what emails will look like in each reader's inbox!
I would say for myself that I see the most impact when I proofread the email and check for all links. Sending the email to myself is definitely not the same as having the email be in Litmus; Litmus has perfected the perfect view to look at a campaign.
The proof feature is my favorite. I am able to work with all members of the team as well as management to ensure that the campaign we are sending is something we are all happy with. Being able to comment on specific parts of the email eliminates any confusion, and being able to share with different members of the org has also been very helpful.
