Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
Litmus is being used by our department for our email communications build, testing, and review.
- HTML email builder: in-app solution, easy to create and sync/export
- In-app proofing: easily proof app in the app, no need to bounce around
- It's efficient, bringing together multiple processes such as build, proof, test, and QA under one roof.

Most definitely, yes. Builds have gone much faster, as we were able to build our design system within Litmus. Instead of having to bounce back and forth, we can stay in Litmus up to before we deploy.
Able to better target our emails using the data and metrics that we get.
Outside teams have been able to get in and review, and we're easily able to make changes and updates.
Litmus is a more complete system.

Evaluating Litmus and Competitors
Yes - We were previously using Email on Acid for analytics reporting and initially were only looking for a platform that would make it easier for our partners to be able to easily self serve emails. When we ran across the Litmus platform, we were intrigued by the completeness of the platform as it had everything that we would want - a builder (which has since been updated with a visual builder and drag and drop capabilities, all while using our own code), analytics, ESP integrations and more. The choice was a no brainer.

The email builder and its integration with proofing was the initial factor in our decision to getting Litmus. Because of the integration, we would be able to streamline our workflow and collaboration between us and our business partners.
Litmus has set the bar as far as what we would ever be looking for. We would evaluate on everything we can do within the platform as opposed to looking piecemeal options.
