Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
We use Litmus to ensure our emails render the same to all of our customers, whether they’re looking at it on their phone, in the Gmail app, in Outlook, or whatever email client they use. Even though our emails are fairly templated, Litmus has allowed us to catch multiple mistakes in our emails due to the subtle differences in clients.

Litmus has helped us ensure that every customer in our database is receiving an email that makes sense based on the client they are using. There's been multiple times where Litmus has caught code updates that haven't been reflected in our email templates, leading to images being the incorrect size. It has also been crucial to ensure that dark mode has been accounted for in all of our templates, and we've avoided using colours that would be otherwise unreadable for the customer.
Litmus has developed our marketing strategy by ensuring all of our customer communications are accurate and optimised. This has had a direct impact on revenue, where we have been able to not only maximise our click through rates from email, but increase revenue from the email channel as we can ensure our emails add to the customer experience.
Have not yet used the feature.
Having used both, I definitely prefer Litmus over Email on Acid. It's a little more intuitive in terms of UI, and previews load faster. The integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud also sets it apart further.
